The concept guide system is used to build a spinning rod for your choice of reel. The system creates a more sensitive rod by using lighter guides which will increase vibrations. It also increases casting distance by an average of 4%. By using lighter, smaller, lower profile guides, it keeps the line aligned with the blank allowing better accuracy. This rod is composed of light components creating a balanced, easy to handle rod. Your hooking power will be substantially greater with a concept rod because there are more guides near the tip.
